This is Tina, out of Tennessee. Business continues to grow with the support and help through the DisputeSuite.com software. I have found a few enhancement items that would help the software. Further, your Wed. webinar is a highlight in my week as I can't get enough education in my field. The webinar helps me every week. I would like to have focused discussion time.

Great article and so true. Hello Mike I attended your webinar today (June 9, 2010). I liked the discussion on FACTA 312. It will be interesting to see how this changes our industry. Hopefully we can deliver better service and results for our clients. I look forward to getting a copy of your Expose and your new books! One idea for a future webinar -- it would be great if you could get someone from a bank or credit card company that will be involved in the operations side of responding to disputes to give us some tips/tricks when disputing with the data furnisher. Just like you did with Mr X on the Collections side of the biz. Thanks again! Great job on webinar.

Great story and it appears to be relevant to today's economic situation, if you choose to believe all the nay-sayers. In my business, I like including stories or inspirational materials because folks with bad credit are most likely going through bad/negative times. Everyone needs a lift and I think positive stories may help their outlook and mood. May I use this story for my clients??

Mike today was my first webinar and I do like the video. As you probably already know, a person using more than one sensory tends to retain learned material better. Is there a way to get that FCRA paragraph you provide showing credit repair is legal? Thanks for your time.

Things are only as bad as you make them. Misery loves company and it can be a cancer to your business. Keep a Positive Mental Attitude and you can accomplish great things.

Mike -- enjoyed your webinar today. Would like some ideas to assist larger companies with overhead costs, and streamlining process.

This article is a great example that shows people in our industry that there are alot of doubters out there but we should pay them no mind & keep moving forward. Mike , I would like to request on having a webinar about how to properly get a ach & merchant account opened because as I'm sure your aware of that we are considered high risk at it's very diffucult to get these accounts which makes it diffucult for us to run our business.
