I was actually shopping for CRM software when a came upon Dispute Suite, I spoke with George Wisniewski and he Invited me to your Webinar. Very informative, I really enjoyed it! I am very pleased with the webinars! They are incredibly informative, and jam PACKED with information. I just have a few suggestions:
There is a bit of a lag in the speakers, for instance, Mike Luce was reading questions, and halfway through the question, Michael Citron would answer, cutting of the rest of the question. This left most of us in our office confused as to what the original question was. Another issue we have been having is invites to the webinars. We have either not been getting them until the webinar is starting or 5 to 10 minutes before. We have a sales force that would love to sit in on meetings, as well as an operational team that has appointments during the day. The issue is that we are not getting the invites in enough time to schedule or cancel appointments diligently. We would also love a notice as to what the meeting times are going to be, since they appear to change every once in a while! Thank you again for a wonderful seminar!

Thanks for the legal compliance information on the SAFE ACT…Its always nice to know what is going on and HOW it will affect us. Legal compliance is something we all need to take serious.
