What Do You Think About the Net Branch Concept?

GetAttachment[1]I would like to get your thoughts on some of the particulars of expanding through the net branch concept. I have a friend who would like me to allow him to open a net branch in Dallas under Upgrade My Credit. I am not sure of the best way to do it. Your thoughts, ideas, suggestions, etc.?
