Send, or Don’t Send Letters to CRAs Every 35 Days?

GetAttachment[1]My understanding is that it is very important to wait for the letters that the client has received from both the collection agencies and credit bureaus so that you know what your next letter should be. But I have recently heard from a colleague that for collection agencies, don’t wait for the correspondence, just send your series of letters every 35 days. Which approach do you recommend?

I would have preferred a bit more detialed answer to this question. Perhaps some of the pros and cons. Obviously, trial and error is the best way to learn, but here it could be at the expense of a client. You are virtually ALWAYS so great at answering questions in detail detail detail that I missed it here. AND I would have liked the benefit of YOUR experience.
