How Do the CRAs React to Bunched Letters?

GetAttachment[1]I’ve got a question about mailing out a bunch of letters. Do you send them out all at once? Sent a few out in one day and received correspondence from credit bureaus that they don’t believe that letters came from the clients. How can we do this without any problems?

One well known credit repair company sends the letters to the customer’s local state and has someone drop them in a postal box. That way the letters are postmarked from the state the customer lives in. So if your company is in FL and your customer is from TX, do not mail the letters from FL. Send them in a UPS box to TX and have someone put them in the mail there.
