Must the Client Directly Request his Credit Report Prior to Disputes?

GetAttachment[1]I have received the attached response from Experian. How should I approach this, do I need to have the client request his credit report from Experian so that I can send the next letter there? I have blanked out the client’s information so that you can share this on your webinar. Your help is appreciated.
