Hi Mike. What do we do when the date of last activity on the report isn’t there? It’s blank! Can we dispute that the date of last activity is incorrect because it’s not there?

I totally agree with your answer Mike. Every once in a while we have a client who previously hired the services of a credit restoration company and when the client shows us a recap of what was done until the day they cancelled, we saw copies of letters sent to the CRA's stating the same reason over and over. I guess thats the reason why the credit services organization failed to do their job. We all know how the CRA's either accidently or intentionally ignore the FCRA and honestly thats not all too bad.

    Mike,
LOVED your webinar today! As usual I learned something new and very useful. As a matter of fact after the webinar I changed one of my strategies for a client so it is a more powerful dispute. I make sure that my Wed afternoons are free from 4:00 on – don't want to miss anything you say, but, I especially don't like to miss the Q&A session at the end of the webinar…most of the questions are ones that I have, too, so it is a really important part of the webinar for me. So if you go "over" it doesn't bother me at all.

I was (sadly) unable to attend the Boot Camp in Tampa due to health issues. But I did get the material (& T-shirt) and have been reading it so I can get better educated on this topic. Hope to attend the one in Dallas….

    Regards,
    Beth
